Fred Voccola

Fred Voccola is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, philanthropist, CEO and board director who merges visionary innovation with large-scale operational acumen to transform organizations, cultivate industry disrupting technologies, deliver exponential shareholder returns and positively impact lives.

Currently, Fred serves as Chairman  and CEO of Simpro, a multi billion dollar global AI powered operating platform for commercial and residential trade companies which serves over 500,000 people around the world.  

Prior to Simpro, Fred was Co-founder and CEO of Kaseya, where he spearheaded the company’s evolution into a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software for small to mid-sized businesses.  Under Fred’s leadership, Kaseya grew to over $1.5 billion in annual revenue, employing over 5,000 people around the world, and becoming one of the most valuable privately held software companies in the world.

 

Before his tenure at Kaseya, Fred was co-founder and president of Identify Software (acquired by NYSE: BMC Software), co-founder and CEO of Trust Technology Corp (acquired by FGI Global), and president and general manager at Yodle (acquired by Web.com: NASDAQ: Web).

 

In addition to serving as Chairman of Simpro, and Vice Chairman of Kaseya, Fred serves as Chairman of Upshop, ​the leading provider of AI powered solutions for the grocery industry.   Fred also serves on the board of other technology companies, including Planet DDS, Lexipol,  and Inhabit.

 

A recognized authority on AI, cybersecurity, business transformation, crisis management and organizational culture, Fred is an active member of the Forbes Technology Council, the Fast Company Executive Board and the Newsweek Expert Forum. He regularly shares his insights with national media outlets such as FOX Business News and Bloomberg.

 

Fred is also deeply committed to philanthropy. He founded and chairs the Cooper Voccola Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting conservative American-focused organizations and animal welfare initiatives. Beneficiaries include the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), Leadership Institute, Judicial Watch and the Christian Appalachian Project, among others.

 

Additionally, Fred services on the boards of Hackensack Meridian health care system, the Miami Zoo, and the Monmouth County SPCA.  ​
